ninja: grapling hook
taxi driver: can spawn cars
spy: he just spies on everyone. he has a knife
sniper: umm sniper rifle and he kills for money. if he dms u twice he gets demoted
judge: he brings justice to the city, and ofcourse u can give him 100$ and he will...well u no
pilot: he flies on his own made flying thingy. he helps cops get on roofs and so, coz his thingy has like 5 seats
engineer: just more building abilities

the taxi is very good idea man. I try to add it to my map because in downtown you cant really drive.

What about, Scars?
It has a cab.

But what if taxi driver abuses? Cause half of ppl in server cant even talk or they dont want to talk.And half of them dont do their jobs

If they cant talk just imagine ur in New York
And who cares if they dont do their job properly.
Theres a easy trick to ban them from being that job and also unban them.

I think my opinion won't be taken very seriously as i am new to the server and forum, but, nevertheless, i will say what i think:
spy and ninja can be combined so that you can spy people easier with the hook. you can be paid for spying someone, let's say police thinks someone has a money printer. Just spy instead of breaking in and start throwing bullets.
taxi driver and pilot might bring everyone to their knees from lag, but aren't really a bad idea.
judge is good too, he can choose who to be arrested and for how long and may be some other penalties. may be mayor can just have some more work instead of another job.
sniper and engineer kinda useless, everyone will want to be a sniper, there will be too much killing followed by too much demoting. i don't think more engineering skills are needed either.

P.P. btw can you remove rp_downtown2 and replace it with downtown_winter_2. I played little on it, but saw some differences and really liked it, it is better than downtown but isn't really that different.
