Prop spam/push/blocker.

After anita disconnected from the server, a guy named as Obi-Wan got in our private area for 4 times as a cop and taked some of vladimirs guns.Then we killed them whenever he enters.And he started spamming props to outside of our home and he putted 10 - 20 props in from the window.He didnt stopped we demoted him but he keeped being a blocker/pusher/spammer.Then he left from server after 10 - 20 mins of being stuck in his fucking props.

İ want he to be banned cause hes a kid who cant speak english, and he does this on all servers.He always breaks rules with prop spam push or block, sometimes abuse and rdm

He joined my server once and di this he is a bad guy
